The Washington, D.C., office and the district office of former Representative Connolly will continue to serve the people of the 11th Congressional District of Virginia under the supervision of the Clerk of the House of Representatives. If it were about previous misjudgements, this would have happened in January. Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein is an enabler and this decision obstructs the investigation. Shades of the Saturday Night Massacre and Archibald Cox. Republicans must finally join our call for a special prosecutor. That is the only way to restore credibility."
