Congressman Gerry Connolly (D-VA) released the following statement after the Biden-Harris Administration announced that Medicare reached historic agreements to bring down the cost of 10 highly-used prescription drugs:
"The Inflation Reduction Act finally gave Medicare the power to negotiate drug prices. Today, we see the results of that policy. This is huge news that will benefit families across the country. President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Democrats in Congress are getting it done." |
