Connolly Statement on COVID Vaccine

Washington, December 18, 2020
Today, Congressman Gerry Connolly (D-VA), Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Government Operations, released the following statement on the Capitol Physician’s guidance that members of Congress get the covid-19 vaccine.


“Following Capitol Physician guidance, today I took the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine. I want the American people to know this vaccine is safe, and I am confident in its efficacy. We must do all we can to ensure our friends and neighbors know it is safe to get the vaccine.”
