Connolly Statement on Vance and Mazars SCOTUS Decisions

Today, Congressman Gerry Connolly (D-VA), Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Government Operations, released the following statement regarding the Supreme Court of the United States decisions on Trump v. Vance, and Trump v. Mazars USA, LLP.

 

“Today's decisions eviscerate Trump's claim to categorical immunity. No one is above the law. But the fact remains that Donald Trump has had four years to release his taxes, and the Supreme Court just bought him more time to hide.”
